Covid-19 Protocol & Guidelines

Your Health and Safety is of upmost importance and creating a ‘Safe Space’ for your practice is top priority .

There are a few things I must ask of you to assure a safe return.. Although your individual space will be marked out and all your own equipment in your own space needed (please bring your own equipment where possible, but please be assured any equipment needed will be disinfected after every use).  The most important thing to consider is understanding the principle of social distancing, not coughing or sneezing anywhere but into your arm, not turning up if you've any symptoms, and respecting the apprehension and concerns of your fellow members. Despite any floor markings, common sense and respect must prevail. Give way, communicate clearly and be hyper-aware of those around you. Please follow the pre and post class guidelines below respectfully.

Before booking your class, there are a few guidelines you need to be aware of

 

PRE-POST CLASS GUIDELINES

  • Turn up on time, well 5 minutes early to be precise. Not late. Front door will be open 5 minutes prior to class,

  • please make your way straight to the studio

  • Shoes off please!!

  • On entry to the studio please sanitise your hands at the sanitising station

  • Please bring your shoes/garments to the designated area

  • One person in and out at a time.

  • Head straight to your practice area- just choose whatever is free. Your equipment will be there if required.  Please bring your own equipment if you have it.

  • Bring your own water bottle.

     

All classes will need to be booked through the online system so that I have a digital backup for contact tracing.. I know this is a nuisance and understand that this is new for a lot of you, so please know I am here to help you if you get confused.. trust me once you have done it a few times it will be easy .. all classes will need to be booked in 4 week blocks so that you are practising with the same group of people throughout this time .
